The travel management company team is focused on accelerating adoption of best practices, driving mobile and desktop innovation and building both digital and offline marketing capabilities. If you are looking for a fast paced, high energy and creative team to work with, come join our team.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to partner closely with our teams throughout Russia to deliver on the sales and marketing strategy. This position requires a self-starter with exceptional people skills to manage cross functional initiatives, this person has the ability to think strategically while also operating at a tactical level to get the work done.

This person will help the team deliver against the sales strategy for business travel and MICE market. Excelling in cross group collaboration is critical as this person will interface with several groups within the company and drive alignment where needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Marketing leader: Develop and execute marketing plans with quarterly focus, includes test plan set up and ROI analysis
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with business travel, MCIE and IT teams to understand best practices and winning campaigns that can be leveraged in the market
  • Be a Customer Expert: Understand target customer segments, their needs and how IBC products can help them be more successful
  • Execute campaigns: Lead end to end campaign development and execution across offline, online and mobile channels.
  • Drive growth via lean experimentation: Initiate insight lead, hypothesis based rapid experimentation to identify & prove out key opportunities and learnings. Demonstrated prior experience here is required

Qualifications

  • Related work experience in marketing and/or sales minimum 1 year
  • Strong digital and mobile marketing experience, previous experience managing SEO is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates and results to business partners on various levels
  • Has a natural and infectious can do attitude - Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change, growth mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Outstanding team player with a client partnership mindset to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Fluent Engligh speaker a plus
